Who is responsible for your data
Kourosh London Ltd (Company number 13251893 · 270 North End Road, London SW6 1NJ) is the controller of the personal data you give through this website. Phone 020 3770 9344 or email kouroshminihyper@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send an order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and postcode (for delivery), your order, how you want to be contacted and any note you add. When you use the chat assistant: the messages you type. For security: your IP address, used briefly to stop spam and abuse.
Why we use it
To deal with your order, contact you about it and arrange payment, collection or delivery (to take steps you asked for before a contract, and to perform the contract); to keep the website safe from spam and fraud (our legitimate interest); and to keep the records the law requires.
Who handles it for us
Our website provider SAM Digital Marketing Ltd and its service providers Cloudflare (hosting and security checks) and Resend (sending order emails). Orders arrive in our Google email account. If you use the chat assistant, your messages may be passed to the outside service that powers it, only to answer you. Some providers may handle data outside the UK, protected by UK-approved safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep order emails as long as we need them to deal with your order and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies and storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your basket, your saved items, the products you looked at recently and your last order are kept in your own browser so they are there when you come back; nothing from them is sent to us until you send an order. Clearing your browser data removes them. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the website.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
