How ordering works
Sending an order through this website is a request to buy. It is not yet a contract. We check what is available and contact you to confirm the items, the total and any delivery charge. The contract is made when we confirm your order and you pay.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include any VAT that applies. The price you pay is the total we confirm with you before you pay. If a price on the website is wrong, we will tell you before you pay and you can cancel.
Payment
You pay by bank transfer to the account details we send you after confirming your order. Only pay into the account we send you. If anyone asks you to pay into a different account, call us first. We prepare your order once your payment arrives.
Availability and substitutions
Some products may not be available. We will tell you when we contact you, and we only swap a product for another one if you agree.
Collection and delivery
You can collect your order from the shop during opening hours. Delivery has a charge: we tell you the cost for your address when we confirm your order, before you pay.
Food information and allergies
Ingredients and allergen information are on each product’s packaging. Before you pay, you can ask us to check the label of any product for you. Packaging may differ from the photo on the website.
Cancelling and returns
You can cancel at no cost at any time before you pay. Fresh, chilled, frozen and bakery products, and other goods that go off quickly, cannot be returned unless they are faulty. For other goods you have 14 days from receiving them to tell us you want to cancel; return them unopened and we refund you within 14 days of getting them back. Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened cannot be returned after opening.
Faulty goods
If something is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will put it right as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires.
